We will introduce shortlisted candidates for you to interview (using video conferencing or we can fly to Skopje or Sofia). You interview them according to your set criteria and select the person you want.
SET UP AT BOTH ENDS.
We will provide equipment and software at both ends to allow you to communicate and work with your remote employee easily and effortlessly – pretty much like you would work with employees based in your office!
MONITORING & SUPPORT.
We’ll meet with you regularly to ensure everything is working as expected. If you’re unhappy about something, we’ll fix it. On the other end, our overseas representatives will constantly monitor and support your remote employees.
WORRY FREE.
Although your remote employees work directly for you. Technically, they are employed by us, so, you don’t have to worry about things like payroll, national insurance, pensions or other HR related obligations – we’ll take care of everything.
